Please note that IIUM ANDEKA Caklempong Musical Group will organized Annual General Meeting as follow date:
Date: 10th October 2009
Time: 8.00pm
Venue: Colleseum, Kulliyyah of Engineering
Theme: Hari Raya Warni Warni
Attire: Hari Raya Attire (Male- 1 set baju melayu and samping; Female- Baju kurung)
As above matter, all members of ANDEKA Caklempong Musical Group are compulsory to come to that meeting. Failure to come to the meeting may result in demolishing from being a member of the club.
Agenda:
- Presentation of annual activities report and financial report
- Selection of new mainboard
- Discussion of activities of the club durig incoming year.

Please be informed that Andeka Caklempong Musical Group will organizing a workshop called Workshop on Art of Music and Performance. The details of these workshop is as follow:

The contents of the workshop are about the basci knowledge in music and performance. Theory and practical approach will be used in the workshop. The presenter is CIKGU RAHBENI MUTAAL from ASWARA.
